I heard about this. I was like, oh maybe I need to try to kill myself too!!
i mean, that’s a sad case but there are a lot of people out there who are desperate right now and are struggling to get by. Who are losing their homes… Who have entire families to support. So, to say that this is unfair is an understatement.
I have a better question for you?
Her children may be inherriting the value of that now mortgage free house. She was 90 years old, may have been about to go into a nursing home and affraid of that who know what other underlying reasons there were?
How do you feel about the bailout (even though I hope you know the money is really going to off shore investors who hold the assets in The Federal Reserve Bank and NOt sub prime mortgage holders).
So How do you feel about the bailout now that her relatives get the value of her home mortgage free?
What about the fact that she being 90 would have had Medicaide if she were bankrupt and a free ticket in any Nursing Home paid for by the government anyway?
I think the mortgages of seniors should be forgiven, especially in this case.
This woman refinanced her home for some quick cash a few years ago. She may not have been mentally able to understand the implications of taking that advance. In this type of situation, I am all for forgiving the debt and hanging the lenders by their balls.
For the other people who simply took out mortgage loans knowing full well they were not financially able to pay them back, they should be thrown to the street and the only mercy we should give them is the contents of their house. Stupidity is no excuse for me having to pay for bailing them out.

The other way is to wait and see if BO/Biden are elected. Joe said on Thursday they would pay our mortgages.

Fannie should just shoot us in the chest and get it over.
Lets hope the democrat hacks who cooked the books enjoy the millions they stole while the public pays billions correcting their poor judgment.
I know.
I was pretty pissed off. Don’t they realize now ppl KEEP shooting themselves hoping to get rid of their mortgage??
