Sorry, but if you owe $100,000 more than the house is worth, there is nobody on the planet that will refinance you. The only thing you can do is walk away from it and move into a low cost apartment.
Spend the next few years rebuilding your credit and saving as much cash as you can. In about 4 or 5 years you could probably buy again

I think you can file chapter 7 or 11 bankrupcy and save your home. You need to talk to a lawyer.
