A quick fix can be truck driving. Trucking companies are desperate for drivers and many will train free with no obligation past the first year. You can make 50-60k pretty easy your first year if you know your priorities and actually want to work instead of spending weeks a time at home.

You can get licensed and be earning a paycheck easily within 2-3 weeks.

I have not found anyway to “get rich quick” on line. I have found ways to make money that would be considered a second income or even “christmas money.” I wish you the best…here is what I have been doing for my extra money. hope tis helps

First of all, call your mortgage lender. They really do not want you to default on your loan. Banks don’t like becoming real estate agents, and any foreclosures are done as the last option in their case. The bank will try to work it out with you. Good luck, keep your nose to the grindstone and your stick on the ice, and we’ll all say a little prayer for you and your family.

talk to the bank they might let you take a 2 month break on your morgage do not get your self in anymore debt,
set yourself a budget every week and keep looking for work anything just to get yourself over the bad period ,the government make me sick when they will not help out with council tax, morgage payments but other non workers get it all for nothing, hope things work out for you

Most mortgage companies will allow you a 6 month ‘repayment holiday’ for reasons such as this so this is definitely the first thing you should do.

I assume you’ve been down to the jobcentre but if not make sure you do as you will qualify for Jobseeker’s allowance and will also be able to ensure your stamp for your NI contributions to safeguard full pension. They will also be able to help with advice of what other assistance may be available to you.

Make sure you got legal advice re the termination of your last job as to how much redundancy (if applicable) you should be entitled to.

Your wife may now qualify for tax credits, although this will depend on her earnings – the jobcentre should again be able to advise on this.

A re-mortgage is also an option. You could perhaps release £5k – £10k equity in your house to tide you over for 6 months or so. Better than selling the house anyway.

Try and find a temporary job whilst you look for some other work – even a few hours in tescos or a bar or go to a temp agency for an office job should help again to tide you over in the meantime.

Hope it works out, I know it must be rough.
