Phone the station and ask for the news director or assignment editor and tell the person your story. I am sure they will have a reporter who deals with scam stories.
Call the station and tell them the story. Don’t call just one though, call severa.
I would be inclined to try and interest a newspaper first. Try The Sun website. They ask for stories from the public, and this sounds like one that should be told.
