No, the program is for people with no assets trying to save the homes they live in. You are not only a RE investor, you have assets you can sell. The program is not about increasing your profit margin.
It is for individuals having a hard time with one loan, not for someone that has a business of buying and renting multiple properties. I see no way for you to get any help through them. Sorry.
