    you probably need to get in line behind all their other creditorts. Most likely, you are out of luck.

    If you go with the alternate lender, they should accept your application and you won’t be out the fee.

    Its not a mess, its just like changing bus drivers during a trip. The first bus driver was lousy, the second makes all the stops and drives smoothly.

    Once you get with the new lender see if you can, don’t waste your efforts with TBW.
