The key when looking for a refi is that the bank is willing to do all the paper work, application, appraisal, etc… with no money out of your pocket.
Most bank will ask you to pay all kinds non refundable fees up front, change the terms of the loan after they collected, and people go all the way because of this money is not refundable.
Start looking for the loan as soon as possible.

Finding a trustworthy lender is important these days. The best thing you can do is ask friends or check out a lender’s reviews. Experience is also super important.

Applying online is safe, but realize that some sites will sell your information. If you want to speak with a particular lender, go directly to their website only.
