I pay the bills/mortgage but she is on the deed/mortgage and we both want the house… what are my options?

She owns half of the house. Who paid what does not matter.
She is not in grade school, you can not control who she has in her house.
One of you needs to buy the other out or sell the house and split the procedes.
she is not on the note at all. Then just have her quit claim her interest in the property and have the quit claim recorded in the court house. Have a title agent prepare it and witness and record this deed. If she refuses then tell her she must refinance in her name or you are selling the house. You may have to have a judge force her to sell so be tactful
Why wait till March?
Whomever was named on deed is the owner of the house. None of the other stuff matters.
you need to convince her to sign a quit claim deed giving you her interest in the home. She would have to volunteer to do this.
