yes it is true, but you have think so many time before you buy a house how much your mortgage payment will be each month and second think as a example if your salary 3000$ a month than you should buy a house 1000$ per month mortgage one if you go higher than this you stuck.
some time people are innocent and they stuck with Conney property agents and these people gave you only interest payment one because they are selling you really expensive house, for first few year which is not good for buyer and after that they couldn’t pay the real mortgage and they lost there home. sorry for them.
