Is there a website that lets you type in all your mortgage info without having someone calling you at home?

Yes but, The rates pay for the sites! So consider what you are doing! You could look at just the principal and interest rates and add in the insurance and taxes if you know them by just going to Realtor.com (The REALTORS pay for this one so you are safe!) Hint-Search for a house in your area for the cost of the re-fi that you have in mind!) Then look at the full page (click on a little photo…then look to the right and adjust the calculations!)

Probably not. Your best bet is to ask a mortgage professional or two. What are you trying to do? I work for Countrywide and I won’t call you or anything but I’ll try and give you the answers you need as best I can? I’m not trying to sell anything, I just think it’s important for people to be as educated as possible before they make a decision.
