Yes you should be able to get unemployment. Soon as you get laid off, contact unemployment right away!!
Yes you’ll be able to. You might not have enough time in with the new job to collect from that – 30 days usually isn’t enough – but the time on your old job will count too so you’ll be OK. When you apply for unemployment you’ll show both the current job and the previous one.

I think that it depends on if you are a commissioned employee. I think that you may have a harded time trying to file for it if you are. You should call your states department of jobs and family services and find out asap.
I would think since you were at your old job for such a long time that you will be able to collect. Best thing to do is get down to the unemployment office asap and file a claim. I wish you a lot of luck!
