*LOL* Arizona should be the ones suing. Suing the US government starting with Obama, Eric Holder, DOJ, and the entire US Congress. Sue them for Breach of Contract, dereliction of duty, and lying under oath.
The Federal government is supposed to be handling persons illegally in this country. They aren’t doing the job and they all swore they would. That alone will cover the first three charges.
Suing Arizona over their immigration law is grandstanding for political posturing purposes only. And I hope the courts slap it down just like they have done with the off shore drilling.
The crew we have in DC today reminds me of the Keystone Cops except they aren’t as competent.
SB1070. Is less of a Law than the Federal Law. As a Federal Agent. ICE, Border Patrol etc.
they do not have to probable cause you for anything but thinking you may Be Illegal. These
suits can walk up to you. Cuff you and stuff you purely on the whim that you might be Illegal.
AZ Law, As A police Officer they can not ask if you are Illegal just because you are of the
Latin Ethnicity, You must be a subject of a 10-28 Field Interview Report over an entirely
different matter than are you a alleged illegal alien. Only if you canno’t support your identity
with varifiable documentation, can the officer or state agent ask if you are Legally in this
country.
If you were an Illegal would you want what is behind door number 1 or door number 2.

Interestingly, Rhode Island has a very similar law that’s been in place for a long while and the DOJ hasn’t sued them. And why then, has the DOJ not sued sanctuary cities? And the suit brought by the Fed’s against AZ doesn’t even mention “Racial Profiling.”
obama and his thugs are just waiting for the first arrest so they can scream profiling then they’ll be on it like a panther on a piece of raw meat.
