You should contact the mortgage consultant’s manager. You can easily find that out by calling the office number and asking the receptionist. The manager can assign you to another consultant.
Never do business with someone you are not comfortable with, especially when it involves such a large purchase like a home (or refinancing). Either contact his manager or look elsewhere. You may get more competitive rates elsewhere to boot.. Good luck.
