tch tch , do your own homework . Do u realize this is a real life issue and out there one day you would actually need to know all this so you can make an informed decision ? Oh by the way they donot qualify for the loan allowing for the standard guidelines of most lenders…….unless they can make a purchase offer varying between $229,752.00 minimum to a maximum of $252,203.00 and the house owner agrees to come down to this range……..hmmmm wonder how I worked it out ?????. Of course if i change the variables I have considered they may be able to afford this house by stretching their budget but it would not be a healthy mortgage.
Not moralizing but i do not believe in encouraging students who put up their assignments “carte blanch” on yahoo answers and expect others to do them ……do your own thinking ! Now if you would have asked how to approach this problem….that would have been different
