   Your best bet is to look up banks in your local phone book , then go on the Net and google each one. The info will be available on line.
   Just remember rates are on the way down right now, you may want to get a floating rate. But if and when the Banks finally get their act back together the rates are going to skyrocket. So, get something that you can lock in at a moments notice.
   When the rates do start to rise expect double digets
