the poor are greedy…everyone fat is greedy I say…they don’t know when they have had enough…and they are very easy to take advantage of. I have an aunt who is just african…not even african american…and she owned three houses that she was trying to flip and was making 28,000 a year. Are you ready for it…she owned 4.2 million dollars of real estate. She is the ultimate bad example, but she was far from alone. She has alwasy been stupid and greedy and frankly, she should of gone to jail just like those wall street crooks…the problem was we are a nation of crooks…anyone who had an adjustable rate mortgage and who couldn’t handle another thousand a month was a crook…you are suppose to pay only 25% of what you take home to house…these people where way above their budget…and they are a tragic and should work twice as hard until they drop…
