Barney’s campaign portrayed him as trying to solve the economic crisis.

Agreed. We the people have nobody to blame but ourselves for putting these people back in office knowing they are not representing us. The average score on a civil test taken by our elected officials was 44%.
My question would be why are they not in jail?
