Why not give tax cuts to the top 5% of income earners in USA and lower corporate tax rates?

having mexicans replace americans in the labor force would make it worse. americans need some way of income, so they can spend money on products, which gives companies money to pay workers, which would also be an american that spends that money
We’ve been doing just that for 30 years.
I don’t think that goes far enough! Rich people shouldn’t pay taxes at all! Anyone with, say, a million dollars invested in America is a hero and should pay no tax at all! On -anything-! Then poor people will have an incentive to stop being poor and start being rich instead!
In fact we could implement a sliding scale so that the -less- a person makes, the -more- he pays in taxes! That would give people an incentive to work harder and be smarter and to make more money!
