During Bill Clinton years, we had the start of the Internet Revolution, which created billions of dollars in capital and millions of jobs worldwide. Thanks to Intel Cisco, Microsoft, Ebay, Qualcom, Nokia, and so on… That is why the economy was great. Plus Clinton favored Free Trade with other countries which Obama does not.
Most important of all, WE DO NOT WANT A GOVERNMENT WITH PELOSI, REID, OBAMA, AND BIDEN CONTROLLING OUR COUNTRY.

The Great Depression was really bad, this is nothing compared to that. This is still better that Carter’s time. Obama sounds like a tired broken record. More of the same, I think he will provide more of the same. Democrat corruption.
Not really sure of the point of your comparison. Are you making the point that voters don’t care about economic and jobless issues? Perhaps you follow the McCain-Hoover-Dorothy from Wizard of Oz philosophy that if you say “the economy is strong” enough times, it will ultimately come true. Or perhaps you espose the Gramm notion that this is only a “mental recession.” I doubt if you were of adult age during the Carter years, or you wouldn’t make such ludicrous staements about the economy back then.
Just read the headlines… and while I will agree that it is sad that the issues don’t speak for themselves with American voters, at least Obama is doing the nation a service by talking about them.
